create a connection with different users

Hello, 

I want to create a dynamic connection, which will be shared with different users.

example :

user A  : the name of its connection is : AWS_WEST (Alpha)

user B  : the name of its connection is : AWS_WEST (Beta)

is it possible that user A and B are using the same connexion?
