how can i get the list of dimensions and measures used in an app?

In QlikView there is the possibility to know the list of measures. in this list it is possible to search, modify, replace.
is there something similar in Qlik Sense, if anything also to know which dimensions are actually used?

This can be done with API:

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense-developer/November2022/Subsystems/EngineAPI/Content/Sense_EngineAP...

There's several tools around that will pull this information - most of the versioning/devops type tools, Document Analyzer (now QSDA Pro, I believe), etc - if you don't want to use the API yourself.

You can try Qollect - my free Qlik Sense extension that pulls app metadata (Master Measures, Dimensions, Fields, Charts) and exports it to Excel.
