set analysis to calculated redeployment rate

Hey experts, 

I have a metric to be calculated based on the below.

• filter: Year-Week (Assignment_Start) eg: 2022-35
• Calculate the number of employyes who ended an assignment in last 13 weeks (across years)
• Of the employyes, who ended an assignment in last 13 weeks how many started Assigments in current week
• The metric is calculated on weekly basis

total distinct employees ending mission in previous 13 weeks (22-34) - 6

redeployed - 2/6 (33.33%)
