Does anyone knows how to change the whole background of this window?
(But this I literally mean the space I'm currently writing on)
I have seen that on few post in blog subforum
i think ur talking about themes!
sheet properties--->General tab-Apply theme/Theme maker --select ur theme.
Thanks Shiva but I'm asking for background of this(Community Forum) window.
The one where you have written your text for this topic.
Probably I should have said for the "The Editor Window":
he is talking about on this web page in the forums
in advanced editor, i used bgcolor attribute for the body tag but it did neither change the background color of my reply nor save it. so i'm not sure if it can be done here.
I thought you would be able to by using the advanced editor and selecting HTML mode and then just tell it the background color using HTML but that didn't appear to work....hence why I deleted my post. Interested in seeing if this is possible or not.
That's correct I know I can use HTML in advance Editor,but could anyone provide the coding
Example of grey-blue backgrund
this is normally how you would use the bgcolor attribute for a body tag in html http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_body_bgcolor
this use won't work for html5 so need to use CSS style attribute like this <body style="background-color:#E6E6FA">
Something like shown below but as mentioned above it doesn't seem to work in here.
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<body style="background-color:lightgrey">
<h1>TEST </h1>
<p>TEST.</p>
</body>
</html>
I just checked and this does not work anyway.
I assume this must be due to blog article having different color
as standard or maybe down to privilage of blogs authors.
Thanks for help anyway.
If you will be able to change the backg please let me know.
