Designer certification: how "real" are the online practice questions?

Dear all,

I am intending to take the QV certification for Designer.

I did the sample test (the one located here Find Training | Qlik on the official website) and I got 90% of correct answers.

Do you think that test is a reliable indication of the difficulty of the Certification test?

Although I have been playing around with it in the last year and a half, I never had any formal QV training; this is why I am a bit perplexed about the veracity of that sample test and whether I should just dive in and register
