If you select dimension value a, it automatically selects dimension value b as well?

I have data with a dimension called 'Mark' that has either no value, value a, or value b.

What I'd like to do is have it where you can select Value A, but if you select Value B, Value A must also be selected.  In other words, Value B should never be able to be selected alone...

I can try and manipulate the source data, but I'm finding that difficult as I'm dealing with a aggregation of 2 different values withing one dimension.

So I need the list box to somehow know that if  you select Value B, Value A must also be selected.
