The Voyagers Log 05 - Python: The Christmas Break That Built a Language
New Data Voyagers video I found interesting
In just a few minutes, @igoralcantara tells the story of how Guido van Rossum created Python, starting with his frustration with the limitations of another programming language and a project he started during the Christmas break of 1989.
What I liked most is that the video goes beyond the technology itself and shows how something that started as a small personal project eventually became one of the most widely used programming languages in the world.
A really interesting story, especially if you work with data, AI, or Python. Sharing it here as a recommendation.
