Uploads stuck in virus scan

It looks like there is an issue with the community virus scanner. There are a lot of posts in the community where the attached png or qvw files are still waiting for approval of the virus scanner therefore not available for download or preview. In many cases this is blocking our possibilities to help as we don't understand the posters' issues without the attachments. 

@Sue_Macaluso  could you please adress this to the right persons?
