Update - January 24 - Closed Update January 15: Qlik & Lithium have developed a permanent fix that will be deployed in the next few weeks to prevent this error from occurring in the future. Update: November 27: any member that reported an issue has been issued a fix and can now log in, a more long term solution remains work in progress with Qlik IT, Lithium & Communities Team. Update: November 20 - Qlik & Lithium identified an issue with SSO case sensitivity and are actively working to resolve. Update: November 16 - Lithium has enabled logging on our community so as to better perform an analysis. Thank you to those members who were able to recreate the issue and send us some information. We will stay on top of this. |

To get the quickest and best responses to your question we recommend that you locate the Community Message Board where your question would be most relevant.
Using the Navigation on the left-hand side, you will see all the options by which you can navigate across the community, for example the different Qlik Products. There are also discussion boards under each of the main Product Categories.
We recommend and encourage you to always perform a Search for your question in case it has been answered earlier.
To post a new Question click Ask a Question under the most relevant discussion board.
In the Subject field, enter your message title.
Select the best discussion board for your question.
In the Body field, type your message. Be sure to include all necessary details, especially for technical topics.
Add Tags to your message to make it appear in searches and to categorize your question.
You have the option to Upload files to your question if needed.
Click Post.
You can see all your Questions/posts on the My profile page.

The main purpose of the rankings in this online community is to recognize those who contribute and identify those users to other community members. The rankings in this community are a ladder structure, the lowest ranks listed at the bottom. The more you participate the higher up you will advance up the ladder. These ranks are updated automatically as you earn them. Below is an image of the Rank Ladder.
We also have the ability to manually assign a rank to a member. These rankings reflect a group or team that a member is a part of. Below is a list of the most common ranks you will see in the community:

You can subscribe to a forum and all the boards within the forum, or you can choose which boards you wish to subscribe to. Subscribing will get you an email notification every time a post is made unless you change your email preferences.

You can also choose to subscribe to boards individually. Navigate to that board and on the right side of the page, click the green button that reads subscribe (same as example 2 above).

Click on the Sign In button at the top right of the home page. Enter your Qlik Account credentials. This will sign you into the Community. If you need to register for a Qlik Account or reset your password, the login page will give you those options.

When you first login you will be prompted to updated your username. The username selection page will look similar to this one:
Your username is your display name (alias) and is what people will see when you publish content. You will now be logged in, with your community username appearing in the upper right corner.
*For Qlik employees, instead of your trigram, please use FirstName_LastName as your username. This username is unique to the community and does not affect your QlikID login or other accounts.
