Started the Nordic-based support team as a Technical Support Engineer for couple of years. After that I worked as a Incident Manager for two years. From 2011 February to 2013 March I worked as Designated Support Engineer. Today I´m working in the EMEA Service Desk as Technical Support Engineer. Have worked with every major release since late version 6.00.
