The code within the UseProperty&Connection operator appears to be correct with respect to processing each line of the file. I tested the bits related to parsing the line and that works fine. The bit related to extracting the file name also works.
But why do you use this statement?
directory = string.concatenate(_expCurrentOperatorParameters.Path,"\\")
The _expCurrentOperatorParameters variable is for when you are developing an extension to Expressor. You only need to hard code in the directory ("c:\\data\\") or pick up the path to the directory from a configuration entry. Your exported project doesn't show any files related to creating an Expressor extension.
But I don't understand what you are doing in line 67 of UseProperty&Connection 11.
Take the code from UseProperty&Connection 11 operator and manipulate it until it works in a simple dataflow Read Custom, Transform, Trash.
Thanks I misunderstood that directory setting. It is working now with one exception; when I point to my directory the filenames are no longer getting parsed. My filenames follow this pattern.
FredMeyer_10292013. How would I change the syntax in the following line to correctly get my filenames.
