problems when upgraded version RS4

Hello!


I have upgraded qlikview to version RS4. Then after this, I tried to create an object on the access point (Internet Explorer version 9) but the explorer became frozen and I had to close the IE's window in order to finish the process.

I think this is a problem with pop-ups, because it is at this point when it fails.

Can somebody help me? Please

Diana,

Did you try with other browser? Release notes say: "If you experience performance problems with Ajax in Internet Explorer 9, try to run in compatibility mode"

Thanks for answer, I tried but the app doesn't works good. still tryingit with IE, I will uninstall and reinstall back
