QVW Name with apostrophe and Publisher

Hi All , I have qvw name with apostrophe  (  ' )   like Hill's Project. when i distribute via publisher, it gets distributed with Hill_s Project.

so not sure if it is bug that apostrophe becomes underscore. I am on 11.0 SR2.
