Server Objects

Hi,

I'm updating a qvw that has some obects created by the users. If I replace that qvw with the new one, what happens to those objects?

Thanks!

Nope.  You should be fine as long as you don't touch that .shared file.

As long as you don't delete the .shared file on the server, the objects should persist.

Hi,

Everything has been working great with the .shared files, now I've found some .shared and .meta files of qvws that don't exist anymore, can I delete them? or should I take care with that?

Nicole-Smith

As long as you don't need to worry about the .qvws coming back, there is no reason to keep them.
