I have a problem with logging into QV browser based edition with Chrome. With IE there is no problem with logging in but with Chrome i constantly get "login failed" messages.
Any ideas why that could be happenning and what to do to change it?
Check your password, Are you putting correct ?

I checked on Explorer - yet it's working
It might be reason that you have saved password for this site on chrome and then changed it. Chrome automatically chose the pw which you have inputed earlier. Bz if it is related with password then IE also reflect the same.
I've checked that on two computers in my company and its the same problem. Explorer working, Chrome not. No it's not the case of password...unfortunately

Entire access point itself. I didn't get to the document via Chrome
if you are putting the password and it still does not connect, then I guess it is the Chrome network configuration. Can you access the intranet via Chrome?

What network configuration should I be checking?
I think you have to try now the hit and trial method. Uninstall Chrome and get it install again on your pc.
Has it worked before?
You can try with going to tools and then remove webinformation, and then delete all previous entries for cookies etc.
Do you have IIS for authentication or maybe a reverse proxy? It may cause some problems.
Also, if you rely on a LDAP/AD for authentication, try using DOMAINNAME\username to log in.
Is there a proxy setting in IE that Chrome doesn't listen to?
