Pivot table Visualization issue - Urgent plz

Hi All,

I have requirement where as i need to show the details of the users as per the user logins. Have used a pivot table to do the same and it wokrs fine. But here the problem is I am not able to remove the caption which is showing in grey color.

Can someone have any suggestions plz?

Hi Lavanya,

I dont understand the req well,

if am correct u want to hide the headers in the pivot table,

u can do it be conditional formating..

select grid mode, right lick the header, select conditional formating, set colors of borders and background to transparent then it is done.

if this is not what u want pls explain ur req..

Hi ,

I have tried with the conditional formatting but i am not able to remove the headers.

Let me explain you clearly..

We have to develop a page where the user data populates accordingly to the user logs in and the respective data has to pop up for the user.

Lets say my field 1 has some data "XYFFFFFDSFSDFD" and field2 has data 3424324324

then data should come as

field1:       XYFFFFFDSFSDFD

field2:       3424324324

the above requirement is achieved using a pivot table , If you have any other views of doing it plz let me know...

the size of data for field1 and field2 may vary based on the user posisble data but i should be able to fit properly so that the width of this chart should not exceed 750 (X- Axis : 3 , Width : 750)

ok to remove header or try to uncheck show caption in caption tab

try to drag your column to upper side  and for that expression field  in label just enter space
