Can anyone have sample Qlikview dashboard to share on IT ticketing system? Actually we have existing Ticketing System (ServiceNow and SAP Service Desk/Solution Manager) here in our company and we're trying to build a Qlikview dashboard to measure such as SLA, Aging of some projects/ticket posted on the system, Incident Management, Number of open/closed ticket, etc. I am on the Project Management Office (PMO) department and need to have a report to be sent on higher management. Need your expertise on this matter and your help is higly appreciated. Thank you.
