Tried your suggestion with the below connection string:
CUSTOM CONNECT TO "Provider=QvSAPConnector.dll;ASHOST=----;SYSNR=01;CLIENT=---;KeepCasing=1;NullDate=1;XUserId=---;XPassword=---;ConvRoutine=1";
* from MCH1;
Still exactly the same problem. Please correct me if I am making a mistake. Anything else that I should try?
your connection string seems ok.
if the field output still makes problems I would suggest you try the 'Text' function using load statement after fetching the data from SAP, for example:
text(CHARG) as Batch;
SQL select * from MCH1;
this should help you distinct between the values stated in your first post
Already tried that. Since the fetched data from SAP itself is improper, applying text function makes no change in the data, just converts the exact same data to text.
This is a big issue for us as we wont be able to design any (transaction level) report based on BATCH.
Any other ideas...
