    Users can't see approved apps in Access Point

      One of our clients is using Qlikview and they have several apps published to Access Point.  They are using server 2008 R2 with 11.2 v5 and using NTML permissions. The issue they are running into is that they give access to applications by groups(makes sense), but when they add a user to the AD group, this user cannot see the apps they have access to in Access Point.  They have waited up to a day without the user being able to see the app.  This forces them to restart the QlikView services and once that is done, than the user can see/access the app in access point.  Has anyone else ran into this or have any suggestions on things to look at.  This is the first time I have seen this and I'm not sure what could be causing the issue as the server appears to be able to access the AD server fine.
