QV version 11, PlugIn version 10, IE 9. When I open dashboard with a full browser version it opens fine, but when i click to open with PlugIn I see thw empty screen with no errors. What could be the reason of that problem?

Can you provide a screen shot of what you are getting? Port 4747 has to be open between the client and the QlikView server.
I think you need to click yes to allow the plugin to run
this is suggestion to use IE as default browser
Are you still using version 10 Plugin? Why?

I would contact support and have them look at your issue.
Do you have brackets () in the path or document name?
It may be a cause of problem.
You bring up a very good point that I had not though of. There is a bug on a older release that if you had special characters in the Tab Names they would display.

we can`t open any document.
If we run IE under another user on the same computer it works well. It`s strange. The user rights are identical.
