Application closes abruptly

Hello

when I open a certain application, it takes time to load the graphs and then suddenly it closes (even the qv.exe closes) . what do you think that is?

Hi Meriem,

Are you saying that the QV Desktop client is crashing, even when there are no complex calculations and peak CPU/RAM usage levels? First, check that you are using the latest version, you can find them at http://download.qlik.com/ .

If the issue persists, please report this to Qlik Support.
