Pivot table sorting by most recent period?

I have built some pivot tables that look at products with sales by month (Jan-13, Feb-13 etc). I want to get it to sort by the most recent period's sales (or volume etc). So if you select 2014 it would show sales for Jan, Feb, March and April and I would want to sort by April (unless someone decided to select Jan, Feb and March only).

Is this actually possible in QlikView or am I going to have to instruct people to export to Excel and manually sort the columns they're interested in?

Though pivot is not very friendly to sorting, I believe your requirement could be met. Try to share your qvw with sample data.

Reply-> 'Use dvanced editor' (top right corner of your edit window)-> 'Attach' (bottom right corner).
