Update documents from the console ADMIN

Hello everyone,

ADMIN on the console where updating dashboards I have 10 documents.

I would make sure that a particular user has a license distribute about 1 document could access the console and the dashboard update only being accessed.

currently accessing the console sees all the documents.

you can restrict access and display the list of documents on the console ADMIN?
