Actually what i wanted to ask was is there a need for the other users to also install the Qlikview server on their machines in order to lease a license from my laptop(which has a licensed version of Qlikview Server installed)?
They have already installed the Qlikview Desktop Personal Edition. Do they also need to install the Qlikview Server?
Because right now they are just not able to connect to the server(on my laptop). Let me know if I am missing something.

If you have only 1 server license you can only install that license on 1 system.
So the 4 local systems don't need to install the qlikview server. Only local installations or webbased usage from the server via the acces point.
It seems to me that the server can't lease the 4 local their user license becaused they aint connected properly.
Are all 5 systems in the same network domain? Can they all ping the server? are shared folders on the server accessable from the local systems?
