Accesspoint: Access via Localhost works, Access via own IP doesn't work

Hi all,

i just installed a Server and Publisher 11.2 SR6 on a Windows 2003 Server. The access to the accesspoint via Localhost in die URL works fine, my actual user is used for logging in into the accesspoint.

When i try the internal IP Address of this server instead of localhost i get the error "Login Failed". This doesn't make sense to me. Does anyone know this problem ?

Hi

Try by adding host entry for local host with your server IP.

make sure firewall is off. If you cannot off firewall then you need to open few ports.
