How can i delete account and get CALs back

Qlikview not delete account over limit Quarantined unit time.

Anyone please help how to delete or just waiting.CALsBack.png

Hi

This is Qlik Policy that in order to delete a cal you have to wait for 24 hours.

The time you see there is UTC time.

Make sure that the said user is not logged in until next 24 hour.

Otherwise the counter will be reseted for the 24 hours after he logged in.

Did you asked that user to not logged-in again.

May be he logged-in and counter reset.

There is an alternative solution if you are having less number of document and DOC cal then tou can delete all PGO files and restart the services, Before deleting PGO files take backup.

Actually, the CAL is released after not being used for 24 hrs. And a CAL is used whenever that particular user opens a QlikView document, whether in the AP or via QlikView Desktop. Logging in or visitng the AP landing page does not count as using a Named/Document/Session/Usage CAL.

BTW there is no way around this.
