Does this not likely have anything to do with the ticketing or authentication. Check if you can reproduce the issue or if something is wrong with the .shared or .meta file. Thanks for your response. I am getting the error for the iPad Safari browser only. It works fine in the chrome and IE.
We are using QlikView 11.2 SR5. Previously we had the similar issue with QlikView 11.2 SR2 so it was suggested to upgrade the server. Concern is it is working in all the other browsers it is not working with safari browser
