Alternate states - one listbox clear affecting the other state list box

Hi All,

I have 5 multiboxes with 5 alternate states each having 3 fields created in my QVW. when i select a first field in the mulibox the filters are working fine.when i have selected first filed in each multibox and clear second or third field in any multibox all the multuboxes are getting reset. what could be the reason for this?

Alternate state works fine for selection that made in sheet ,

but if you use clear then it will show effect on all sheet objets irrespective of states

Iam not clearing it using clear button. I'am just clicking on the field selection in multibox to clear it.

The only suggestion I can give to you is:

Create another document with a few data and only 5 multiboxes (try to replicate the situation)

and verify if this happens again, if yes it can depend on qlikview version (a bug?)

if not, it depends on the document

you need to check weither you have applied alternate state for each multibox.

As we know using alternate state we can  have different set group for similar fields and objects.

support i have created g1,g2,g3,g4,g5 then if  select 1 value for each multibox  and then clear in any one multibox then it will not affect  others.
