custom row in pivot table

I have a pivot table in my qlikview application like the following:

Dimension1	Dimension2	Expression1	Expression2	Expression3	Expression4	Expression5

I want to add a new custom row above the expression title row :

		GROUP1			GROUP2
Dimension1	Dimension2	Expression1	Expression2	Expression3	Expression4	Expression5

Do you have any idea pls?
