Display Expression Sum on Google MAP which made by Scatter Chart

Dear All, i have made a Google Map chart by the help of Scatter Chart.. Please find attached image for your reference purpose.

now i want to display some expression Information along with it.. ( kindly note not on as pop-up)

Kindly guide me how to do.
