Expand User timeouts - Qlik Community

After installing a new QlikView 11 SR7 server, our users are automatically logged out of QlikView after approx. 60 minutes.

We have a number of dashboards on large screen monitors around our organization, where this is an issue. I really don't want our QlikView dashboard user to be logged out automatically.

Any good ideas of how to prevent this?

Klaus,

I think you meant he Inactive session time and Possible session timeout?

If you go to QMC > System > Qlikview Server > QVS > Performance > "Maximun Inactive Session Time" and "Possible Session Timeout" remove anything in it and leave it blank ( Blank = unlimited).

Are you running IIS or QVWS? There are timeouts in IIS that will get you also.
