hi,
One of my user try to open from access point. its trying to load but it freezes my computer for long periods.
he have qlikview compatible with server i.e
qlikview server version qv 10 Sr4 and plugin version is 10.0.9061.7.
what could be the reason . is there any work around?

Hi Sunil,
First, ensure that your IE plugin version is the same version as server.
Secondly, you may want to try with other browsers, to see if it is something general with the server or the client. It could also be that the IE plugin that is loaded when viewing AccessPoint, has some issues - which could be due to network policies in IE.
Does the browser freeze, or the AccessPoint just takes a long time to load?

10.0.9061 is SR3, your server is SR4. Please ensure they are the same.
I would then check with another browser.
