Tablet is a Dell Venue running Windows 8.1

When I try to start the install file it says 'The specified program requires a newer version of Windows.

Will this not work?

I think that the Dell Venue uses the 32bit version of Windows 8.1, and only 64bit is supported.

Are you using a 64 bit operating system? Do you have .net 4.0 installed? What version of Qlik Sense are you trying to install? Are you trying to install with an administrator account?

Another community member had a similar issue and was receiving the same error message. Turns out their machine was x86. Please verify your tablet's specifications against the Qlik Sense 1.0 system requirements.
