Webserver Address on EC2

I need to make an EC2 server deployment reachable by a static IP address, instead of the regular domain name.

There is an incredibly simple way to achieve this in QMC, but I have seen to forgotten how.  Any thoughts?

Hi,

If it is static IP assigned to same server it should work by default.

You can even try by adding entry in .host file of your server.

Let me know if that worked.

In the QMC , Setup > QlikView Server

Change the qvp:// adress to the static ip number.

Or keep the qvp adress and add it to Link Machine name box
