One of our customers is having a strange issue. When they connect to their network through VPN, they get an empty AccessPoint.
An other thing to mention is, when they go to the alias http://qlikview they see the accesspoint and it tells them that they are logged in as a domain user (via profile NED\Domain Username).
They use DMS and locally everything works fine. The person which we used to test this has a named call and has been added in the DMS authorization list for a couple of documents.
Does anybody have an idea?
