Can you briefly describe the application, what it supposed to do?

Here is what the macro does

• Generates a pdf report from a .qvw file in a pre-defined template
• Emails pre-defined reportd to a pre-defined list of email ids

Sample Case:

The macro will generate 3 pdf reports after a qlikview refresh at a daily frequency. The first report is sent to distribution list 1, 2nd to distribution list 2 and same for 3rd report. The distribution lists are maintained in a csv file..

You may want to evaluate a specialised reporting tool like NPrinting to replace your current macro and you will have many more options to configure your report,
