Windows group for QMC access

The server manual says:

Where do you define which local Windows group will have access to the QMC?

You don't.

The group is called QlikView Administrators and it is created during installation in the machine domain. On your server, right-click on the Computer icon, select Manage and go to Local users and groups.

However, you can add your own groups to this predefined group and those can be domain groups if you want centrally managed access to QMC in AD.

Hi,

Make sure you add users to QlikView administrator group and in turn  belong to local administrator group.
