Selection of filters using macro in qlikview

How to select filters in QlikView by using macro ?

I have to extract each object to power point  from qlikview with an option to select filter each time by using Macro.

I have created a button and I wish to know how does "select in Field" in actions can be  of help to meet my above requirement.

If not, what is the alternative way ?
