Reason- Connection between user an the qlikview server is loosing.
Can you try this? QVMC -> Documents -> Select your Document and on the right hand side click on Reload -> Check the TIMEOUT Seconds. Can you try and increase it a little bit and check if the problem still persists.
Apart from that can you check the user setting in the network (if it is a domain). May be there is another attribute for user regarding timeout.

Very Strange thing happening. When I am using User's id on my system than I am able to open the Application on Access Point but when user open Access Point on his system, the Application opens but no data appears in it.
What is the issue exactly.......................????
