Hello,

I have a pivot table

Year against cars giving calculated value number of sales.

Now i can sort year and the cars but not the calculate value number of sales

is this possible and how can i sort?

e.g

fiat                       200    150

opel                     300     125

Mazda                 500   100

Now i want to sort

Mazda              500    100

opel                 300     125

fiat                   200      150

thx for your quick answer.

But i mean, sort the column number, also not model and not year but number sales.

Hope you understand what i mean.

You mean sorting the models from top to bottom depending on the sales numbers in either the first or second column (and not the row total) ?

You can't sort one dimension in two ways. So sorting by expression won't work afaik. You can use a straight table or add a calculated dimension to the pivot table and sort by that calculated dimension. You could also sort the Store dimension by Y-value, but that will not only sort the category dimension, but the Store dimension as well.
