pop-up label in scatter chart

Hi,

I used custom popup in expression. i enabled text as popup and i disabled popup in presentation..

everything is working fine as i expected in my local application when i hovered over its displaying evrthing properly  but i when i see in access point the text as popup is not displaying

If you disable the custom popup expression, do the regular popups appear  when you hoover over a data point (dimension and expression value)?

maybe a bug, may depend on the release you've installed

Peter meant to say,

Even if you dont use custom pop up...there is by default pop up in qlikview when you hover on any datapoint .

Did you check that?

Its a version compatibility issue. just we need to update the patch from qliktech.
