Continous Reload Stopping.

Hello guys im having a bit of a problem with Qlikview server.

I have a Document that is continously reloading, its an operational dashboard we show on a big LCD screen.

The problem is every so often (every 18 to 24 hours) the document stops reloading if I go to Tasks on the management console the file is in "Waiting" Mode and I have to click the "Play" button to  resume the reloading, I have tried changing all the timeout settings but with no success.

Does anyone know what the problem might be or where I can find more, logs etc?

Hi Gualter,

I am also having the same problem.  Have you managed to sort this out?

As an alternative solution I developed a c# procedure that triggers the continuous reload (EDX task) once daily, not the best solution but mitigates a bit the issue.
