Files needed for application in Qlikview Designer Course

I just followed a 2 day Qlikview Designer course. At the beginning of the course I received the Qlikview Designer manual (for the ABC_Sales application) but I didn't get the files I that are mentioned in the book.

Can anyone help me with these files:

* SalesPersons_Offices.xls

* Variables.xlsx

* Images: wallpaper, icons,...

* MasterCalender.txt

* Variables.txt

* Customers.qvd

* Facts.qvd

* Products.qvd

* ABC_Sales_app.qvw

* ABC_Sales_data.qvw

* Execuvtive Dashboard.qvw

The training facility where you followed the course should be able to supply you with those resources. Training materials are usually copyrighted so it's not allowed to post them here.
