How to use Surface Chart.........

Hello Every1,

I want to use Surface Chart in Qlikview and I referred 3D Surface Chart Extension Object this link...

But I am unable to use it in Access point and not even in Web View Mode.

The problem is Dashboard can be seen in Access Point but the "Surface Chart" is not visible.

Please Help!!
