Importing and exporting users authorized to documents with QMS APIs

Hi Experts,

A customer is asking me whether QlikView can import and export users authorized to documents in DMS.  I found a QMS API, which is called DocumentMetaData Members, may be able to get and set information about DocumentMetaData.  Does anyone know whether these APIs can actually import and export users authorized to documents?
