Problem by installing extension ".qar"

Hi guys,

I got a problem with installation of QV extension file which has a suffix of ".qar".

After double click on that file, I got a pop-out  message said:

               QlikView 11.20 SR10 has stopped working

             A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.

             Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is

             available.

Version: QlikView 11.20 SR10

what extension you're trying to instal ?

where did you got it ?

Please give us the extension and also to make sure it works in IE version 10
