% change in Sales for last 5 years

Hi,

I want to show % change in the Sales for last 5 years in a pivot table across all locations. For all the previous years I compare data from Jan to Dec. But for Current Year (2015) I would like to compare Data from Jan 2015 - April 2015 to previous Year Jan 2014 -April 2014
