We are experiencing issues with the Ajax Access Point when the Access Point is opened in Safari(ver 5.1.7) or Internet Explorer (ver 11.0.9600.17728).
The Access Point hangs on the 'Loading Content' pop up.
We have confirmed (via Fiddler) that the browser is receiving a '500' error back from the Access Point.
We have reviewed several solution discussions on the community portal, and each of the proposed solutions are already active on the server:
