I have a document on the server access point.The named cal users are unable to access this document
Could anybody put some light on what could be the issue.
Check if the doc is restricted.
Does the user have permission to access the file? Have a look in QMC to see if the user is authorized to access the file. And see if there are any Section Access applied to the document.
Actually i do have section access .
But when i unchecked the strict exclusion check box the issue resolved.
