          I wouldn't recommend using resereved field (like USERID in your case) for data reduction.  In the following example, I changed USERID to USER_ID in the section application, and added a field specifically for data reduction, called it REDUCTION.  Notice that the value of this field for ADMIN is * - that means all listed values.

          Section Access;
          LOAD * INLINE [
              ACCESS, USERID, PASSWORD, REDUCTION
              ADMIN, ADMIN, ADMIN, *
              USER, MSR, MSR, MSR
              USER, KSR, KSR, KSR
          ];

          Section Application;

          LOAD *
          Inline [
          USER_ID,Product, REDUCTION
          MSR,LAPTOPS, MSR
          KSR,TVS, KSR
          ];

            Hi Madhu,

            this should work:

            Star is *;

            Section Access;

            LOAD * INLINE [
              ACCESS, USERID, PASSWORD
              ADMIN, ADMIN, ADMIN
              USER, MSR, MSR
              USER, KSR, KSR
            ]
            ;

            Section Application;
            LOAD *
            i
            nline [
            USERID, Product
              ADMIN,*
              MSR,LAPTOPS
              KSR,TVS
              ]
            ;

            Regards Philipp
